3D Printer

For the ignition coil initial development and the use of auxiliary fixture in manufacturing, 3D Printer can reduce the designing process and molding cost.

Cutting Machine

The use of cutting machine helps us observing the ignition coil core directly, such as encapsulation resins, winding part or the internal circuit. Checking the coil if there is any bubbles or other NG factors.

Disc Polishing Machine

Disc polishing machine is used to polish the surface after cutting ignition coil, to make it smooth and bright. This is a necessary process before metallographic observation.

2.5D Model Optical Measuring Equipment

It is used to inspect full-size product components at all stages and confirm metallographic slice quality, to ensure the functionality and quality in product design.

Aging Test Machine

To test the actual operation of the ignition coil. All our products must be fully tested by this machine to ensure the quality before shipment.

High Temperature Durability Testing Machine

This machine is used to simulate engine with high temperature environment and speed changes. Testing the resistance of ignition coil at continuous working conditions and extreme temperature, to ensure the product's functionality and material selection.

Low Temperature Tester

It is used to simulate the ignition coil stored in a low temperature environment, to ensure the product's functionality and material selection.

Constant Temperature and Humidity Testing Machine

It is used to test the ignition coil to operate in a high humidity environment and simulate the temperature change inside the engine, to ensure the product's functionality and material selection.

Thermal Shock Testing Machine

It can be used to test the resistance of ignition coil when temperature changes, to ensure the product's functionality and material selection.
